You can exchange any item purchased on paolaestefania.com within 10 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label.

You will need to enter the order number in your order confirmation email.
Make sure the products you are willing to exchange are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached.
The products that have been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.
Once received at destination, exchanges will be processed within 7 business days. If the new item costs less or more than the original item, you will either receive a refund or a new charge for the difference. You will be notified via e-mail to advance the remaining amount before proceeding with the exchange delivery.

Please return item/s in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. If your exchange does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you and the exchange will not be accepted.
Returns
Once the claim is reviewed, and the return is approved, you will be notified by email.
Returns are limited to the below criteria:
Product Defect: The Product must be verified as defected by an PAOLA ESTEFANIA representative.
Lost Shipment: The shipping company confirmed that the parcel is lost.
Wrong Item: The item received doesn’t match the initial order and is not available in stock.
Any claim must be submitted upon delivery. Please note that shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees you paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
